Meet the Author, Terrye Robins

Terrye was born and raised in Oklahoma.  After graduating from high school, she moved to Aiea, Hawaii and worked in Honolulu.  She served as a pianist and Sunday school teacher at a church in Kaneohe.  She enjoyed her time on Oahu very much and is familiar with the places mentioned in Trouble in Paradise, Revenge in Paradise, and the newest addition, Justice in Paradise.  After returning to the mainland, she married and had two sons.  She resides in northeastern Oklahoma. 

Terrye obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in elementary education from Northeastern State University and taught school for several years.  After leaving the classroom, she continued to share her love of books with others by opening a children's bookstore.

Terrye is a member of the Oklahoma Writers' Federation, Inc.  She is also a part of the Red Hat Society's "We've Got Hattitude" chapter in Pryor and active in the Claremore Assembly of God Church.

She enjoys reading, walking, and playing the piano and organ.  She loves taking care of her two granddaughters and spending time with family and friends.  She is currently busy working on the fourth book in the series, Secrets in Paradise.
